Oltre alle attività di Project Management, durante tutta la fase di costruzione, il team di Construction Management coordinerà e supervisionerà le attività in campo, garantendo l’aderenza delle stesse alle clausole contrattuali, ai disegni, alle specifiche ed alla tempistica del progetto.
A single, integrated Team
Depending on the project’s complexity, the Construction Management may comprise:
- Site Manager: They will direct and coordinate construction works on the Site and coordinate completion of the construction and testing activities with the start-up group, through to final handover.
- Field Discipline Supervisor: they will coordinate and direct activities undertaken by the Contractors on site with regard to their specialism.
- Team di specialisti: they will provide the technical support and follow-up necessary to enable Contractors to perform the details of the relevant activities correctly.
- Document Controller/CDE Manager: Preparation of documentary procedure, support for realisation of the books and As-Built documentation by Contractors, with subsequent formal consignment to the Customer. Activities may be managed via a document sharing and approval platform.
