TECHNICONSULT at CLEANTECH 2016

CLEANTECH is an important and much anticipated appointment for the environmental contamination control sector” Pier Angelo Galligani, ASCCA President and President and Technical Director of TECHNICONSULT.
“Every 5 years, the need arises to take stock of the current regulatory situation and learn about new trends, which is made possible by the participation of experts from all over the world.”

CLEANTECH 2016 Organization and Program

CLEANTECH 2016 confirms the winning formula of the previous two editions: two plenary sessions in the morning, four thematic sessions in the afternoon, and a space for exhibition.

Plenary Sessions.
The plenary sessions on 7 November 2016 cover regulatory development, the most important issue at this moment. The sessions start with the new ISO 14644-1 and ISO 14644-2 to review how they have been accepted after almost one year since they took effect, and how they will affect the standardisation process, in line the new Annex 1. An ample space is also reserved to review the section on CEN TC/ 243 – WG5 workers (biocontamination) in ISO TC/209 – WG13 (improving energy efficiency in cleanrooms), and in WG 4.
The plenary session on 8 November deals with the state of the art and novelties in the issues of designing and building a clean room, and will analyse every aspect: sustainability, energy analysis, design tools, and particulate measurement.

Thematic Sessions.

The four afternoon thematic sessions deal with current issues:

• advanced methods for designing and inspecting a clean room (BIM, CFD and microbiological monitoring);
the concept of containment in the world of laboratories;
filtering air (life cycle, cost and new uses);
specific applications in the pharmaceutical industry (robots, flexible fill lines for aseptic conditions, barrier technology, methods for testing equipment and components containment, installing process equipment in a clean room).
